Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information and images provided. If the scope changes, for example additional damage or extra images, I may update the quote before proceeding.
Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the restoration. Completed files are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions
I aim for natural results that respect the original image. Reasonable revision requests are supported to align with the agreed preferences.
Customer responsibilities
- Customers confirm that they have the right to share images with me for restoration.
- Customers provide accurate information needed to complete the work.
- Customers keep backups of original files where possible.
Acceptable use
I may refuse work that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
